Tai Chi Easy Classes
Why Tai Chi?
In addition to our variety of yoga classes, we are delighted to introduce Tai Chi sessions, enhancing our holistic approach to wellness. Tai Chi, with its gentle, flowing movements and emphasis on deep breathing and mindfulness, perfectly complements the principles of yoga. Together, they cultivate balance, flexibility, and inner peace, promoting overall well-being of body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to mindful movement, our Tai Chi classes provide a harmonious blend of practices aimed at fostering relaxation and vitality.
“Tai Chi Easy is a carefully constructed combination of Tai Chi and Qigong (Chee-gong) to bring fun and enjoyment. All of these practices modify and accelerate the bodies own self-regulating physiological and bioenergetics mechanism. They have a very practical application for healing disease as well as supporting health maintenance, endurance and longevity. ” (www.taichieasy.org)
