Reiki
Reiki is practiced with a Reiki Master, someone with specific training to help move energy by using their hands with your body. This is a fully clothed technique and typically practiced 1:1 while lying on a massage table or sitting in a chair. Hands may hover over the body or touch specific key spots, with permission from the client. Reiki also brings deep relaxation and reduction of symptoms, and like EFT, results are typically felt immediately. We are also offering Reiki training, so you can learn how to use this beautiful technique for yourself.
Private Yoga
Deepen your yoga practice with provage instruction. In your session you will receive personalized instruction in postures (asana) and meditation,and together we will set and work towards your goals, learn modifications to suit your needs or to heal from physical or emotional injury. Available by appointment only with one of our advanced practitioners.
Craniosacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch, manual therapy that releases tensions, as well as
restrictions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve overall health.
A typical CST session lasts from 45-60 minutes, and takes place in a quiet, private setting. CST is performed with the client fully clothed and lying on a massage table. Using a light touch, the therapist evaluates the body for tension patterns and imbalances.
CST complements the body’s natural healing processes. CST is reported by clients to be effective in helping to relieve a wide range of symptoms associated with:
